The product
How cold does it actually get?
It cools 15-20°C below your room temperature. So if your room is 22°C (72°F), your fridge gets down to about 2-7°C (36-45°F). Perfect for skincare. Not built for full food storage.
Does the warming mode actually work?
Yes. Up to 65°C. Use it for warming towels, sheet masks, or eye masks. One-button switch on the back panel.
Is it loud?
No. Thermoelectric cooling means no compressor and no compressor noise. You can sleep right next to it.
Does the mirror really light up?
Yes. Touch the front panel and the LED ring around the mirror activates. Soft, warm, even lighting designed for skincare and makeup.
What's the difference between Classic and LED Upgrade?
Classic has the LED mirror on the door only. LED Upgrade has both the door mirror AND a built-in interior LED that lights up when you open it. Worth the $30 extra. Most people pick LED Upgrade.
How big is it?
280 × 195 × 270mm (11" × 7.7" × 10.6"). About 6L capacity. Fits perfectly on a vanity, nightstand, or desk.
What's in the box?
Chillberi™ fridge, adjustable shelf, home power cable (1.5m), car adapter (1.5m, 12V), instruction manual, and our Chillberi sticker pack.
Can I store food or drinks in it?
A few snacks or one or two drinks on a hot day? Sure. Replacing your kitchen fridge? No. Chillberi is designed for skincare, makeup, and beauty products.

How fast does it ship?
3-5 business days within North America. Free shipping on orders over $99. Ships from our North American warehouse, not China.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. International coming soon — join our list to be first to know.
Are there any duties or hidden fees?
Nope. Because we ship from North America, you don't get hit with surprise duties at the border like with AliExpress orders. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.
Returns + warranty
What's your return policy?
60 days, full refund. If you're not obsessed, send it back. Just keep the original packaging and reach out to support@chillberi.com to get started.
What if it breaks?
2-year manufacturer warranty included with every unit. Email support@chillberi.com with your order number and we'll handle it.
My order arrived damaged.
Email us within 7 days at support@chillberi.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately, no return needed.
Care + cleaning
How do I clean it?
Unplug. Wipe interior with a damp cloth (no harsh chemicals). For the mirror, glass cleaner works fine. Air dry before plugging back in.
How long should I leave it on?
It's designed for continuous use. Leave it plugged in 24/7. Power draw is low (35-48W).
Should I store everything cold?
Cool helps with: vitamin C, retinol, hyaluronic acid, eye creams, gel masks, jade rollers, gua sha. Skip the fridge for: oil cleansers (they harden), thick balms, and anything that says "store at room temp" on the label.
