60-day return policy
Not in love with your Chillberi? Return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.
How to return
- Email us at support@chillberi.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent)
- Drop it off at any shipping location
- Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item
Damaged or defective items
If your Chillberi arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return necessary.
2-year manufacturer warranty
Every Chillberi comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your fridge stops working under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty does not cover
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or liquid spills
- Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
