Shipping times
All Chillberi orders ship from our North American warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.99.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to be notified.
No duties or hidden fees
Because we ship from within North America, customers in the US and Canada are never hit with surprise customs duties or import fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time in your Shopify account.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. During limited drops and high-demand periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
